Paraffin wrap treatment is a procedure that has a combination of health and aesthetic effects. Paraffin provides a very pleasant application of heat to the feet. Heat expands blood vessels, improves blood circulation, relieves muscle spasms, and beneficially affects the small joints. During the application of the wrap, heat and essential minerals transfer into the skin, making it softer. This causes general healing and hydration of the feet. As the paraffin slowly cools down, the pores are closing up and the active substances remain trapped in the skin. Paraffin wrap treatment is highly efficient, especially when it comes to customers with diabetes. If this treatment is used regularly, the feet remain smooth, with the skin that doesn’t crack. Before the paraffin wrap is applied, the feet are treated with a quality pedicure. Paraffin should be applied one to two times per month, as needed for regeneration of the skin.
